Leader of Boko Haram Abubakar Shekau, is reportedly critically ailing and is believed to be “too weak to be in charge” of the jihadists.
Shekau has a vary of situations which have left him, AFP quoted a source near Shekau as saying on Friday.
“He has high blood pressure and failing sight from diabetes-related complications,” stated one source with shut information of the group’s actions.
A senior safety source monitoring the battle, and desires annoymity, has described Shekau’s diabetes as “debilitating”.
