Hong Kong-based TCL Communication today revealed the Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL with Windows 10 Mobile, at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The five-inch handset will be sold exclusively as a postpaid option by T-Mobile in the U.S.
First leaked in the late summer / early fall of last year, the entry-level device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, with its 1.1GHz quad-core CPU, and boasts a rather conservative 720 x 1280 resolution. Memory is configured as a 2GB RAM module coupled with 16GB of storage (which can be doubled via microSD card).
The LTE-capable phone, which has an Android-powered twin of the same name, contains a non-removable 2500mAh battery. Its two cameras are of the eight megapixel and two megapixel variety, for rear and front respectively.
The Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL with Windows 10 Mobile is slated to roll out across T-Mobile’s channels “in the coming weeks,” at a non-subsidized price of $140.
