Governor Ibikunle Amosun has won in four Local Governments out of the five released, based on the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the state. Amosun's main challenger, Prince Gboyega Isiaka of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) won in one LGA.

Abeokuta North APC 22740, PDP 6371
As stated by INEC, Election did not take place in one of the polling units at Algbagba ward in Odeda Local Government following a fracas that broke out between the party agents, and which also compelled the INEC officials to flee the polling unit for safety.
