The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has cancelled its ward and native authorities congresses in Rivers state.
National Chairman of the party John Odigie-Oyegun who revealed this on Friday in an assertion, stated it cancelled the congresses following complaints from some leaders of the party within the state.
Famzn News gathered that the party rescheduled the Ward Congress to carry tomorrow, Saturday May 19, whereas the Local authorities congress will maintain this Sunday, with the State Congress now set to carry on Monday.
Oyegun appealed to all party leaders and curiosity teams to make the most of the rescheduled congresses.
