Majority Leader of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila has insisted that there's crises within the Lagos chapter of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) just isn't in crises.
Famzn News discovered that there are rumours of fractions within the party following the congress held in May with many saying it'd break its probabilities of victory in 2019.
However, Gbajabiamila who spoke on Friday in Lagos throughout the launch of “Gbaja Ride”, an empowerment programme in his Surulere 1 Federal Constituency, famous that party is one.
”The APC in Lagos just isn't divided; it's one. It is deceptive to imagine that the party within the state is factionalised,” he stated.
“I'm standing right here right this moment to say there was no parallel congress in Lagos. What some folks name parallel Congress was nothing however birthday party.
“This is as a result of there was no INEC official on the so known as parallel congress. So it was simply a party.
“The actual congress was that that occurred on the party secretariat at ACME based on the legislation.
“The excos have since been sworn in and the party has swung into action. So let no one be deceived and misled that there is a faction in Lagos APC. The party is one and united in the state.”
