Femi Fani-Kayode
Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has commended Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State for dumping the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ortom made the declaration while swearing in the newly appointed Special Adviser on Local Government and Cheftaincy Affairs, Jerome Torshimbe.
“As for party, I’ve been given the red card and I’m now outside the pitch.
“So, if I have been given the red card and I’m standing outside, that means I’m a free man,” he said.
Speaking to Famzn News, Fani-Kayode described the APC as a party of darkness.
He said: “We are delighted he Governor Ortom has seen the light and has left the path of darkness
“It is a right step that will break the yoke of bondage the good people of Benue have suffered over the years. I congratulate him”
