The full-back has revealed he passes time before games by playing Football Manager as his hometown team Osasuna, but can't persuade any Blues stars to move to Spain
Cesar Azpilicueta passes time before Chelsea matches by attempting to guide Osasuna to glory on Football Manager - but can't persuade any of his Blues team-mates to join the Spanish club.
The full-back is the latest subject of FM's #WeAreTheManagers series, which has profiled the likes of Carlo Cudicini, Nacer Chadli and Fran Kirby's love of the simulation game.
Azpilicueta came through the ranks at Osasuna before joining Marseille in 2010, and is currently attempting to revive the former top-flight club's fortunes.
But when asked if he had been able to convince one of Chelsea's stars to make the virtual move to Pamplona, Azpilicueta replied: "No, because they always refuse to join my club!
"It was never a good option for them, and when I tried to sign those from the youth team none of them wanted join [either]!"
