The Catalans, who are on a 34-game unbeaten run, will host their fierce rivals at Camp Nou on April 2 with Madrid looking for revenge after the 4-0 reverse back in November 2015
The date for the second Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid this season has been announced.
The two Liga rivals will face-off at Camp Nou on April 2 at 20:30 CET as the Blancos look to get revenge for the 4-0 defeat they suffered in the reverse in November.
Two goals from Luis Suarez and one each for Neymar and Andres Iniesta ensured the Catalans smashed then-manager Rafael Benitez's side at the Bernabeu, with Isco being shown a red card late on in the contest.
Since then Madrid have moved to replace Benitez with Zinedine Zidane but have not seen a drastic upturn in fortunate in La Liga as Barca pulled further clear of Los Blancos at the top of the table.
The gap between the two sides now stands at 12 points after Real suffered a 1-0 defeat to Atletico Madrid on Saturday, with Cristiano Ronaldo forced to backtrack on post-match comments that had seen him openly criticise his team-mates.
That result forced Zidane to concede that his side are effectively out of the title race and as Barca look to extend their unbeaten run to 35 matches when they face Rayo Vallecano on Thursday, Madrid fans will surely not be relishing the tip to Camp Nou in April.
