Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz big man Andrea Bargnani might miss up to two weeks of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague action as he receives treatment for a knee injury, the club announced. Bargnani (2.13 meters, 31 years old) is averaging 12.6 points and 2.7 rebounds for his team, mainly as a starter. He is the team's second-best scorer, behind only Shane Larkin, but he has already missed four games due to physical problems. The big man underwent some physical tests in Vitoria and will follow a platelet-rich plasma treatment to recover in an estimated two weeks, the club said. The final recovery period will depend on the progress of the treatment. In these two upcoming weeks, Baskonia will play three EuroLeague rounds, starting this week on Thursday against Unics Kazan in Russia.
