New Chelsea signing Michy Batshuayi has revealed that he will wear the No.23 shirt for the Blues.
The Belgium international, who arrived in England over the weekend after his side were knocked out of Euro 2016 by Wales, was officially announced as a new Chelsea player on Sunday having completed a switch from Marseille.
Batshuayi was limited to just two substitute appearances at the tournament in France although was on target in the 4-0 win over Hungary, with the Blues having been convinced to shell out €40 million for his services.
The 22-year-old striker scored 17 goals in 36 Ligue 1 appearances for Marseille in the 2015-16 campaign, with the likes of Tottenham, Juventus and West Ham having been linked with big-money moves for the forward.
It is Chelsea who have won the race to sign Batshuayi, though, and he confirmed on Twitter that he will take the No.23 shirt that was previously worn by Juan Cuadrado during his first season at the club.
