The wife of Benue State governor, Mrs Eunice Ortom, recently led a delegation of women to commission The Dream Centre in Makurdi, the Benue State capital.
Love Idiko who is the brains behind the edifice, opened up on what inspired The Dream Center when she said: “I’ve travelled round the world and it bordered me that there’s no world class event centre in Benue State so I said to myself that we would do something about it and here we are today.”
Commenting, the Benue First Lady said: “Love Idoko is a source of inspiration to every young woman out there and I’m glad to be part of this platform. I assure Love of my continuous support.”
In his remark, Justice J. T. Tsoho, another guest at the event extolled the good legacies left behind by the late patriarch of the Idoko family, Hon. Justice Alhassan Idoko.
The event was a carnival-like gathering which ended with musical performances and comedy by Gordons. Also in attendance was Ghanaian actress, Jackie Appiah.
