The Best Graduating Student of the Department of Mass Communication, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) Best Nwabuwa has been awarded a yam tuber and live chicken.
Famzn News gathered that Best got the award on Friday from a media outlet Mass Media NG.
This is in addition to an undisclosed amount of money handed over to him as part of the organization’s efforts to celebrate excellence in communication education.
Reacting to the event which took place at the Igbariam campus of the institution formerly called Anambra State University, Best described it as an encouragement to students.
In addition, one of the coordinators of the award Chuks Obi said the company gave the award to show that any student, no matter the course, should engage in agriculture.
As stated by Chuks, agriculture is the only way to remain fruitful.
