The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has alleged that prison authorities have joined forces with operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS, to manhandle its embattled leader, Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje Prison.

This was disclosed in a statement by the group’s spokesperson, Emma Powerful.

The group said, β€œHis life is uncomfortable in the prison, the prison authorities have joined hands with DSS to manhandle Nnamdi and they have mandated that anybody who him will go through severe searching when going in and coming out.

β€œIPOB calls on the public to note that if anything happen to Kanu, we will hold the prison comptroller responsible,” it stated.

The group also took a swipe at federal lawmakers from the South- East and South-South for not stopping the National Grazing Reserves Commission Bill which passed the second reading.

IPOB stated the selfish and personal interest of the lawmakers from the two zones was why they were been used by their colleagues from the North, adding that they have failed in representing their people.

The group’s spokesman claimed that the federal lawmakers have been allegedly bought over by their Hausa/Fulani counterΒparts in the Senate and House of Representatives.

He said, β€œIPOB are warning them that this is a sysΒtematic way of bringΒing the invaders into our land and they are coming to Islamize us (we children of Chukwu Okike Abiama) God AlΒmighty.

β€œAgain, we are warnΒing the South-East and South-South governors to tread with caution because we don’t have places to use as Fulani ranch and any governor who allocates a place will bear the conseΒquences and posterity will never forgive those who sabotage his or her people.

β€œMore so, the highΒest producers of cows grazing and ranch in the world is Argentina folΒlowed by Australia, they have not been ravaging and destroying farmland or causing problems with the people, let the northern governors alloΒcate enough land in their state to them because we have no land for cow rearing in Biafraland.”
