The classic Dodge Charger has been modified in a million different ways however, this specific build is probably one of the most special.

SpeedKore Performance decided to create of the most spectacular classic Chargers we’ve ever seen, and by spectacular we mean mind-blowing.

It’s not the carbon bodywork that makes it so special, nor the painfully detailed work that went into the chassis. The most unusual part of this Charger lies under the hood.

This Dodge Charger is powered by a Mercury Marine Racing 9.0-litre engine which is force-fed by a pair of 94mm turbochargers for a total output of 1,650hp. Sixteen-fifty.

Want some more awesomeness? This beast is a manual, thanks to a Tremec T56 six-speed and a very heavy duty Ford 9-inch rear end. It even has a pistol-grip shifter.

Jay Leno takes a tour around this wonderful creation which looks scary even when parked. With the engine running it’s straight up apocalyptic.
