BREAKING: Military Arrests Killer Of Civil War Army Commander, General Shuwa

Officials of the Nigerian military intelligence have arrested a suspected killer of Major General Mohammed Shuwa (rtd).

Mohammed Shuwa was murdered in his residence in Maiduguri, Borno State by suspected Boko Haram sect members on November 2, 2012.

The retired military officer was the first General Officer Commanding the Nigerian Army, 1st Division.

He also commanded the Nigerian Army’s 1st Division during the Nigerian Civil War.

Army spokesperson, Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, Monday evening, onfirmed that the suspect will be paraded in Kano where he was arrested.
