Barcelona have announced that Marc Bartra will leave the club this summer, with reports in Spain linking the defender with a move to Borussia Dortmund.
The 25-year-old joins Dani Alves in exiting Camp Nou, with Javier Mascherano also linked with a move away from Catalonia in recent weeks.
And despite earlier protestations from Robert Fernandez that he would not be allowed to leave, the news was later confirmed on Twitter by the club.

While Barca stopped short of naming Bartra's next destination, the official club account announced he would be leaving Camp Nou while thanking the defender for his service.
The defender joined La Masia at the tender age of 11, and has made 103 professional appearances for Barcelona since his debut on February 14 2010 against Atletico Madrid. - Goal
