Senator Lawan Shuaibu, a stalwart of the All Progressive Congress, APC has advised Nigerians not to take the constant traveling by President Muhammadu Buhari as a waste of the country’s resources, stating that the President was only interested in bringing political dividends to Nigerians.
Senator Shuaibu who spoke to RFI Hausa said, the President needs at least, one year to consolidate on the promises made to Nigerians, employing Nigerians to be patient and that very soon, the dividends of the President’s international trips will begin to yield results.
As stated by him, the President’s visit to China is another milestone towards building a strong alliance that will bring development to Nigeria.
“Good things are coming to Nigeria. I believe that the current situation is temporary. I believe our President is doing everything possible to bring the suffering of our people to an end,” he stated.
