The Court of Appeal in Abuja today, threw out Senate President Bukola Saraki's appeal against the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
Although there was a dissenting verdict by a judge who ruled against the Code of Coduct Tribunal, the Appeal Court struck out the appeal against the judgment of the lower court.
