The 35-year-old has taken aim at his former team-mates once again, claiming the defender is a "f*****g loser" and the ex-England captain did nothing for the Three Lions

El Hadji Diouf has called Jamie Carragher "a s**t" and says Steven Gerrard "killed" Liverpool's title chances in another attack on his former team-mates.

The former Senegal striker, who played alongside the former Reds stars during his three year spell at Anfield, has long been critical of many of his former team-mates and has hit out at them many times.

And in his latest tirade, Diouf has insisted that he was always high above the level of Carragher and Gerrard as a player, insisting the former is "a loser".

"The difference between Jamie and I is that I'm a world class player and he is a s**t," he told So Foot. "The kind of s**t that will write a book in which I will be mentioned. In my book, he will not have the right to one sentence: He's a f*****g loser.

The 35-year-old then turned his attention to Gerrard, claiming that his famous slip against Chelsea ruined his side's chances of glory in April 2014.

"What I mean to Senegal, he never represented even a hundredth of that for England. He has never done anything in the World Cup or the Euros.

"When I arrived in Liverpool, I was doing what I wanted and it was said that I did not respect the club. But he killed his team when he slipped against Chelsea. If Liverpool have never won the Premier League, it's not a coincidence.

"Do you think Gerrard means it when he says El-Hadji Diouf is not a very good player? I carried the national team for many years, with 14 million fans on my shoulders. When we won, it was thanks to me, when we lost, it was my fault."

The former Celtic and Bolton attacker also clashed with Anton Ferdinand at Sunderland, whom he said was the "No.1 w****r" at the club.

"We did not fight, I sorted him before we were separated I said: 'Let's go to the gym and I will punish you.' He would not do it, so I told him: 'You're just like your brother, Rio, you walk like him, you eat like it, write your own story'.

"There were little w****rs in the group and they believed they were the best but they were miserable s**t. Anton Ferdinand was the No.1 w****r."
