A CCTV footage has emerged which appears to show Kenyan security forces looting goods as the battle with militants raged at Westgate mall in September, where 67 people died.
In the footage, some Kenyan soldiers can be seen carrying white shopping bags, while others appear to take white boxes from a mobile phone store.
However, Kenya's army chief has denied his troops were involved in looting.
