The Rivers High Court in Port Harcourt has nullified the ward, native authorities and state congresses of the All Progressives Congress (APC) held on May 19, 20 and 21 respectively.
Justice Chiwendu Nwogu nullified the congresses in his ruling on Wednesday.
According to Nwogu, the method resulting in the emergence of Ojukaye Flag-Amachree as Rivers Chairman of APC was fraudulent.
He directed that the APC return to the established order of May 11, 2018, pending the willpower of the substantive swimsuit and adjourned till June 26 for additional listening to.
