The court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has granted a stay of execution of order over the arrest warrant issued against Senate President Bukola Saraki by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

The order was granted on this morning.
The tribunal had on Friday issued the warrant of arrest after Saraki failed to show up on the basis of a motion he had filed at the Abuja High court over his trial for alleged false declaration of assets.
