A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, ordered Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe (PDP-Abia South) to stay within the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).
The trial decide Justice Binta Nyako gave the order whereas turning down the lawmaker’s software for his launch from DSS custody.
Ruling, the decide stated she couldn't order Abaribe’s launch as a result of she was not the decide who ordered his arrest.
She held that the circumstances that resulted in Abaribe’s latest arrest weren't earlier than her.
Abaribe was one of many sureties who signed the bail bond of the elusive chief of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu.
