Even though the BMW M4 isn’t the kind of drop-top begging for extra oomph, Dahler thought some additional grunt won’t hurt anyone.

With 425 hp on tap, making it reach 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.1 seconds, the M4 convertible is a very potent automobile and one of the fastest, roofless machines to come out of Bavaria. Even so, Swiss tuner Dahler bedizened the model with a wide array of upgrades, in order to make it even more punchy. So, after an additional 100 horses, a stainless steel made exhaust system, improved aerodynamics and revised brakes, the M4 is ready to fight in another league.

Truth be told, the M4 is a car that can punch above its weight to begin with, but Dahler’s fine tuning – especially the engine and chassis upgrade – focused on the vehicle’s dynamics making it a package that offers more than sheer muscle.

Don’t get us wrong, the two-stage power upgrade that makes the 2,979 cc inline-six produce up to 532 hp and 730 Nm on its “angriest” setup (and 502 hp and 700 Nm on its weakest) is a showcase of Dahler’s ECU-tuning abilities; but power is nothing without control and the tuner offers in-house-made coilovers, 8 piston high-performance brake calipers, and improved aerodynamics to make the car a complete driver’s package.

Don’t worry though, because the M4 will make the most out of its power upgrades, especially as the new output – regardless of the power figure – will improve acceleration and offer a delimited top speed of up to 327 kmph (203 mph).
