When talking about close calls on the road, it's important to know that there are those where two cars completely miss each other, and then there are those where it simply could have been a lot worse.
This right here is the second kind of close call, the one where even though there's contact, everybody lives to tell their friends about how lucky they were.
To be fair, the guy with the dashcam is arguably a little less lucky, since he's the victim here, legally speaking. The incoming car executed a very risky maneuver, which could have had catastrophic consequences.
On top of that, we're not talking 5-star NCAP ratings here, so if the title of this article didn't have the term 'close call', we would have probably warned you about the graphic nature of what you were about to see.
But all's well that ends well and this did - sort of. One car ends up facing the wrong way, while the other one is in a ditch.
