Mathieu Debuchy is expected to join Galatasaray within the next few days after Arsenal accepted a loan offer for the French defender.
The 31-year-old has played just 22 times since joining the Gunners from Newcastle in 2014 due to injury problems and being displaced in the starting XI by first choice right-back Hector Bellerin.
Debuchy is currently with the Arsenal squad in Norway ahead of Friday's friendly against Viking FK and it's expected that he'll make a decision on his future once the pre-season schedule is over.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Bordeaux but missed out on France's Euro 2016 squad after suffering an injury during the Ligue 1 club's 1-1 draw with PSG back in May.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is prepared to let Debuchy go and sees Bellerin as the club's primary selection at right-back for many years to come and has already had to ward off interest for the Spanish full-back from Barcelona and Manchester City.
Carl Jenkinson, meanwhile, is still recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament injury but will be second choice when he returns.
