Ex-Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Rowland Owie has hailed the Governor-Elect, Senator Douye Diri, and the Deputy Governor-Elect, Lawrence Ewrujakpor for the restoration of their mandate.
In a recent statement, Ovie urged the Governor-Elect to not allow pride into his life after the recent ruling because Bayelsa State needs a humble leader.
According to him, the congratulations goes to Duoye’s wife as well for her endless support when the going was very tough.
He added that he wishes him splendid success during his tenure as governor.
