Facebook has released this year's list of the most talked about topics on the site as of September 2015. The release is done annually by the social networking site that boasts of an average of 1.01 billion active users per day.
Ed Sheeran came top as the most talked about entertainer globally. Taylor Swift and Kanye West took the second and third spot respectively.
Other entertainers who made the top ten are Nicky Jam, Wiz Khalifa, Drake, Pitbull, Caitlyn Jenner, The Weeknd and Shakira in that order.
Facebook also revealed the most talked-about game, athlete, movie and TV show of 2015. These are:
TV Show: Game of Thrones
Movie: Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Athlete: Floyd Mayweather, Jr.
Game: FIFA 15
As stated by the list, the United States presidential elections is the most talked about topic for the year.
