Justice Adebukola Banjoko of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Gudu, Abuja, on Tuesday delivered judgment within the felony trial of former Governor of Plateau state Joshua Dariye.

Dariye who arrived the courtroom premises a lot earlier earlier than the sitting, entered the courtroom room at 9.08am on Tuesday.
Decked in a white babaringa with skinny black stripes with a cap, Dariye sat within the left facet of the courtroom, eliminated his cap, bowed his head and stated a silent prayer for few seconds.
