Paul Ibe, the spokesperson of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has dismissed studies that his principal can be within the United States later this month.
The studies claimed the previous vp was scheduled to talk at a commerce and funding gathering in Washington DC, with the organizers itemizing his title as among the many dignitaries invited to the occasion.
Speaking to Premium Times, Paul Ibe stated that his principal is unaware of such invitation.
He stated: “There is not any such invitation to the previous vp.
“We are not aware of such invitation and we do not know how they managed to put his name on their list.”
The report that the previous vp can be visiting the U.S, noticed some individuals draw conclusions that the potential visa restrictions positioned towards him have been relaxed.
Atiku was named in a contract scandal involving Nigerian and American officers within the mid-2000s.
