Minister of Work, Power and Housing Babatunde Fashola has mentioned lack of know-how on the a part of the contractor as the explanation for the poor state of 15-kilometre Abakpa junction to ninth Mile nook, Ngwo part of the Enugu-Onitsha highway.
Fashola spoke when he inspected federal authorities’s works, energy and Housing tasks in Enugu state over the weekend.
