The Federal Government says it plans to scale back the price of offering homes to civil servants by means of the Federal Integrated Staff Housing Scheme (FISH).
The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, acknowledged this in an interview with the NAN in Abuja.
Oyo-Ita acknowledged that the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) was at present partnering related Ministries Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to scale back price of infrastructure and land.
She also stated that this partnership would additional cut back the price of the homes and make it inexpensive for civil servants, as a substitute of the preliminary worth positioned on it by the builders.
She acknowledged that the foremost problem FISH was encountering was that the idea of the programme was not captured by related MDAs of their varied budgets, however has been addressed in 2018 funds.
