Five Star Music label has confirmed the dismissal of the label’s General Manager, Soso Soberekon.
This was made known by the label’s lead act, KCee in an interview with OAP Dotun at Cool FM on Wednesday.
KCee said the General Manager of Five Star Music label, Soso Soberekon, has been relieved of his duties as the label's manager due to his involvement in confirming the death of Skiibii who is also signed under Five Star Music label.
The controversial news of Skiibii‘s death made waves in the media last week with a picture of him confirming his alleged death.
Soso who was on a tour in Europe alongside KCee at the time, confirmed the death of Skiibii via a phone call and also put up a black candle post on his Instagram page, insinuating that the young music act was confirmed dead.
During the interview, KCee stated that he blamed his manager for misleading the public and has therefore seen to his dismissal.
He also apologized to the general public for the misleading information.
