Four individuals have been killed by gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram fighters throughout a raid on an Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp on Saturday in Borno state.
As acknowledged by experiences, the gunmen entered the camp within the city of Banki close to the border with Cameroon within the night time.
A army officer mentioned, “Boko Haram terrorists entered Banki IDP (internally displaced people) camp last night and killed four people, injured four others and took supplies away with them.”
“Two terrorists were killed in the fight and the rest fled,” the army source added.
It was discovered that a member of a militia drive aiding the army mentioned the attackers used ladders to scale a ditch dug across the camp.
