Two of Deinster SV's players, who are Sudanese refugees, were targeted with verbal and physical abuse while at an Easter fete in north-west Germany
German outfit Deinster SV have digitally altered their team photo to make their players appear black after two of their squad were racially abused.
Soenke Kreibich, the club's coach, says two players - who are Sudanese refugees - were targeted at a local fete arranged for Easter. The photo is a show of soldarity for the pair.
A Facebook post reads: "Our friend and fellow player, Emad, was insulted and beaten on racial grounds on Saturday. This is just sad!
"Violence against refugees is pathetic!! Emad and Amar - you belong to us, like any other at [the club] and we are pleased that you are with us!!!"
Unser Freund und Mitspieler Emad wurde am Samstag, aus rassistischen Gründen, beschimpft und geschlagen. Das ist einfach...

Emad and Amar were subjected to verbal and physical abuse, with the former beaten.
"We wanted to make a stand, amongst ourselves but also to the public," Kreibich told Jetzt.
"It should make it clear that Emad and Amar are an inherent part of our team, and not a minority on whom you can use violence to let off your personal frustration."
