Governor Udom Emmanuel has condemned the impeachment notice served on Governor Samuel Ortom by eight members of the Benue State House of Assembly.

Speaking while hosting former Minister Kabiru Turaki (SAN), the governor described Benue crisis as unfortunate and unacceptable.
He advised the federal government to stop “crushing the opposition.”
However, Emmanuel, who acknowledged Turaki’s understanding of Nigeria’s developmental challenges, said it would help him address the problems.
