John Okue, a 21-year-old disabled armed theft suspect has been arrested by the Delta State Police Command in a hair saloon in Okwashi-Uku, following a tip off.
The disabled robber, who misplaced one leg to a virus, led the gang of different brutal robbers whose ages ranged from about 17 to 25 years.
Together, they had been acknowledged.to have robbed, killed and raped their feminine victims with impunity.
The gang is acknowledged.to be extremely related to high law enforcement officials within the state.
Consequently, when any member of the gang was arrested and detained, his freedom was usually obtained.
It was reliably gathered that at some extent when the police wished to apprehend him in his residence in Kwale, he escaped, disguising as a begger.
The law enforcement officials detailed to trace him down, noticed him however by no means knew he was the suspect they had been searching for.
This cat and mouse sport between the police and the armed theft suspect continued for a number of weeks as he grew to become elusive till lately when the gang chief was apprehended in a barbing saloon at Ogwashi-Uku following a tip-off.

They are being detained on the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) Asaba.
Among harmful weapons recovered from the gang had been battle axe, pump motion, rifles, shot weapons and AK 47 rifles.
