HP has introduced its latest Chromebook model, the Chromebook 11 G5, with an optional touch-screen display, a thinner and lighter design, and prices that start at $189. HP's previous Chrome device was the Chromebook 13 unveiled in April, which was the company's first Chromebook to include Intel's 6th-generation Core M processors for additional power and versatility for office workers, mobile business users and consumers. The Chromebook 11 G5 notebook PC will come in two versions, offering either a standard HD non-touch-screen In-Plane Switching (IPS) display or an 11.6-inch IPS HD touch-screen model, which is covered with scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass. This is the first 11.6-inch Chromebook from HP that offers a touch-screen display. Also featured in the latest devices are an Intel Celeron dual-core N3060 processor, 4GB of memory, and a choice of 16GB or 32GB of eMMC onboard storage.
