Senate President, Ahmad Lawan has welcomed the Chief Whip, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, All Progressives Congress (APC), Abia North back to the Hallowed Chamber.
The senator who resumed regular legislative duties at the National Assembly complex on Tuesday, arrived at the Senate wing of the nation’s parliament at exactly 9:00 am.
According to Lawan, he is very grateful to God for bringing his one and only Chief Whip back to the Senate.
Other members of the Senate also expressed their joy at seeing Orji in their midst once again.
His words, “Welcome back our one and only Chief Whip. We're very grateful to God for being back.”
Kalu added, “I just want to thank God for everything that has happened. It is the'll of God. I want to urge Nigerians to keep hope alive.”
