Paris Saint-Germain have announced Zlatan Ibrahimovic will return to the club in a managerial position after the striker confirmed he will leave the club this summer.
The Sweden international took to social media on Friday morning to reveal that Saturday's clash with Nantes would be his final game at Parc des Princes after opting not to renew his contract.
Writing on Facebook and Twitter, Ibrahimovic said: "My last game at Parc des Princes. I came like a king, left like a legend."
And the Ligue 1 champions have now confirmed in an official statement that the former Barcelona forward has agreed to return to the club once his playing career is over.
"Following discussions between Paris Saint-Germain and Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent, the club and its player have mutually decided not to renew the contract that links both parties until June 30, 2016," a club statement read.
