Senator Shehu Sani (APC-Kaduna Central) on Tuesday told Security operatives that he is “available” if they are seeking his arrest.
Concise reported that security agents stormed the home of Senate President Bukola Saraki and Deputy Senate President Ike Ekeremadu.
Despite the blockade at his home, Saraki still made it to the National Assembly to preside over the defection of some members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
In a post on his Twitter handle, Shehu Sani disclosed that his Abuja residence is not under siege by security operatives.
The lawmaker disclosed that some men in mufti however sought for him at his Abuja home on Tuesday morning.
He wrote: “My house is not under siege but I’ve received calls that ‘some plain clothes men’ just came to my Abuja residence asking of me, after I’ve have left for office.
“I’m available. I’m a Revolutionary. We’ve been through this in the years of the Struggle,” he posted.
