Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has acknowledged that the individuals of the state love him and would stone anybody who criticizes him.
Okorocha mentioned this in a assertion on Saturday whereas reacting to an interview the place former Governor Achike Udenwa described him as colossal failure.
“Udenwa ruled Imo State for eight good years; let him come and show Imo people what he did for them those years. It is not enough to criticise; the facts are there,” the assertion learn partly.
“In the case of Okorocha, he has been in workplace for barely seven years and has over 1000 initiatives and nonetheless counting. Anybody who involves Imo will see that he has modified the face of the state.
“Okorocha is a grassroots man and Imo people like him because they know he has their interests at heart. Most of his investments even before he became the governor are in Imo State.”
He also stated that, “If you come to Imo State and criticise Okorocha, the plenty will stone you. It is just the elite in Imo State that aren't proud of him and everybody knows why. Udenwa who's speaking, reside in Abuja and doesn't even know what is going on in Imo State.
“If he involves Imo State, he can't criticise Okorocha as a result of the individuals will come after him.
“You could not have governed Imo for eight years with nothing to show and you are criticising Okorocha whose projects have transformed the state and even a blind man can see them.”
