Tonight’s Islanders-Flyers game at Barclays Center has been postponed due to the storm hitting the area. No makeup date has been set.
The Islanders and Flyers were both in town, but the unsafe travel conditions for fans planning to attend brought about the postponement around 10 a.m. It’s the third NHL game snowed out this weekend — the Capitals had games Friday against the Ducks and Sunday against the Penguins postponed due to the weather.
The team will announce alternate arrangements for fans with tickets to tonight’s game. The Isles next play Monday at home against the Red Wings.
