Musical icons Jay Z and Beyoncé are renting an enormous $45 million manor in the swanky Holmby Hills neighborhood of west Los Angeles.
The dynamic duo is reportedly shelling out approximately $150,000 per month for the stunning 20,000-square-foot mansion. Their new pad includes a luxurious indoor Olympic-sized pool, as well as a scenic outdoor swimming hole, complete with a flowing waterfall and ornate formal gardens.
