The 24-year-old winger is the latest player to ditch Europe for the Chinese Super League after playing just two league games for Sevilla following his move from Chelsea
Former Chelsea player Gael Kakuta is set to join Hebei China Fortune after Sevilla revealed they reached an agreement with the Chinese side for his transfer.
The Super League side have already signed Gervinho and Stephane Mbia recently in a period in which many stars have left Europe for China.
Ramires, Alex Teixeira and Jackson Martinez have also moved to the Far East over the last few weeks and Kakuta is to be the latest addition to the high-spending league.
Kakuta, 24, joined Chelsea from Lens in 2004 but was sent out on loan six times to teams in England, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain.
The Frenchman initially joined Rayo Vallecano on a temporary basis in La Liga before moving to Sevilla last summer, where he has played just two league games having spent almost four months out of action due to injury.
