Kim Kardashian publicly humiliated journalist Katie Couric yesterday as she branded her a 'fake media friend' to her Instagram followers.
Katiewho made offensive comments about the Kardashian family's fame earlier this weekhanded North West's mum a peace offering by sending her a baby gift but Kim wasn't having any of it.
Hitting Instagram with a photo of the gifted baby clothes and note, Kanye West's girlfriend wrote:
"#IHateFakeMediaFriends #MayIHumblySuggestYouNotSendGiftsThenTalkS***."
Kim's sister -Khloe- congratulated her on her new-found fierceness and wrote:
"God I love this new side of u!," onTwitter.
But the talk show host was less impressed and has since hit back at Kim's angry hash tag outburst.
"I didn't mean to hurt her feelings," she told a news outlet before insisting the gift was 'genuine' and that she's 'happy' for the new parents.
