The stars were apparently even hanging out together in Paris on the night of Kim's robbery on October 3, according to The Sun, who also reported the apparent romance.
At the time, Younes was one week removed from a high-profile relationship with Victoria's Secret model Jourdan Dunn, 26.
The courtship between the young beefcake and Kris Jenner's oldest daughter, who have a 14-year age difference, will leave Jourdan 'devastated,' some 18 months after she initially connected with Younes at the 2015 Met Gala.

An insider told the paper that the relationship ultimately crumbled under the weight of their fast-paced careers.
'Younes had a great time with Jourdan,' the source said, 'but their busy schedules became too much and they decided to call it quits,' adding that Younes 'told friends that he was the one who ended it.'
Younes 'has quietly sparked a relationship with Kourtney and really fancies her,' adding that while 'they aren’t ready to go public ... there’s a real chemistry between them.'

Kourtney, meanwhile, was spotted on Sunday with her ex Scott Disick, with who she shares three children with: son Mason, seven; daughter Penelope, four; and Reign, two years.
The two were rumoured earlier this month to be giving their relationship another go 18 months after they split.
But it was then claimed not long after that Kourtney was not ready to rekindle her romance with Scott.

The pair first sparked reconciliation rumours last month after they holidayed together in Mexico, but sources told TMZ that Kourtney has stated there is 'no intimacy' between them.
The comments came amid E!'s claims that the on-off duo 'are back together.'
'They are back together and giving their relationship a try again,' a source told the site.
Scott and his girlfriend of nine years, Kourtney, split up in July 2015.
She has since been linked to Justin Bieber.
