The burial arrangements of the Matriarch of the Awolowo dynasty, Hannah Idowu Dideolu (HID) Awolowo, will begin on Sunday, November 15, while the final burial ceremony comes up on Wednesday, November 25.
As Nigeria prepares to hold a befitting burial for the late HID Awolowo, wife of former premier of the Western region, Obafemi Awolowo, popular musicians have been lined up to perform at the event.
The musicians will be led by Juju legends, King Sunny Ade and Ebenezer Obey. Other music acts to thrill guests at the burial ceremony are K1, Adewale Ayuba, Tope Alabi and a host of others.
