Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has condemned the invasion of the residence of former Federal Commissioner for Information and South-South Leader, Edwin Clark by Police operatives.

Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force, on Tuesday, raided the Abuja residence of the leader of Pan-Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) Edwin Clark.

Kwankwaso, who is a presidential aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), described the raid on the home of the 91-year-old elder statesman as another episode in the recent catalogue of embarrassment under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

“The unlawful invasion of the residence of elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clark by men of the Nigerian Police is another sad episode in the recent catalog of embarrassment witnessed under the current administration,” he wrote on Twitter.
