Capita's military recruitment contract has are available in for criticism
A Labour authorities would finish the outsourcing of massive defence contracts to the non-public sector, the party's shadow defence secretary will promise.
Nia Griffith would even have "no hesitation" in bringing contracts in home if they aren't delivering.
Her speech comes a week after Capita was awarded a £500m contract to run UK navy hearth and rescue providers.

Ms Griffith, in a speech to defence suppose tank Rusi, will say: "Whether it's the persistent complaints concerning the high quality of housing upkeep offered by CarillionAmeywith personnel and their households caught for days with leaking roofs, damaged boilers and home equipment that do not work.
"Or the appalling efficiency of Capita's recruitment contract with the Army which is failing on each measure.
"These examples typify the MOD's current approachrushing to privatise services without being clear about the rationale, failing to monitor these contracts when they have been outsourced, and then doggedly refusing to take any action against companies that do not deliver."
If Labour wins the subsequent common election, it will "carry out a root and branch review of significant service contracts that have been outsourced by the department," she added.
"Where they aren't delivering, the place they're failing our personnel and their households, or failing to present worth for cash to British taxpayers, we could have no hesitation in bringing these contracts again in-house.
"And we will call an immediate halt to the significant contracts that are currently being considered for outsourcing, with Labour introducing a clear presumption in favour of public contracts being delivered by the public sector."
